A Dhaka developer that still answers the phone after handover
HomeLand Properties was founded in 2009 by a civil engineer and an architect who were tired of buildings that looked good on the brochure and nowhere else.

How we work
We build fewer buildings than most developers our size. That is deliberate. Each project has one project director from the first survey to the last handover, and our engineers stay with the building for ten years after you move in.
Our structures are designed in-house and checked by independent consultants. Our sites are open to buyers every day. Our contracts carry the handover date and a penalty if we miss it.
Our story so far
HomeLand Properties is founded in Dhanmondi with a team of eleven.
First building handed over on Road 7, Dhanmondi. Fourteen families move in.
We move our head office to Gulshan and begin our first project in Banani.
All new designs move to the BNBC 2020 seismic code, ahead of the requirement.
HomeLand Kodom is handed over two weeks early. 27 buildings completed in total.
Launch of HomeLand Ashwin, nine full-floor homes in the Baridhara diplomatic zone.
